Mitch from Citywide Supply and Service was a godsend this evening. I have a home warranty and my heat went out tonight. I called the company three times over the space of three hours and kept being told "we're trying to get someone out there." I called Citywide and Mitch called me back. He offered to come out AND to talk to my warranty company to make sure that we would get it covered as a warranty service. He explained the repair in detail and even offered some information about a previous repair I just had. Throughout he was extremely courteous even though it was midnight on a 15 degree evening. I just wanted to send you a letter of Thanks!!! It’s very rare in this area for contractors to show up promptly, keep their word, not oversell, do good work, and also charge a fair price. My wife and I purchased a condominium and the heater failed to meet our expectations during the last week in January, with temperatures falling to -15 degrees at night.
We called [your competitor] to look at our heater and give us a quote for repairs. A service technician told us we might need a furnace for over $3,000. My wife and I decided we needed a second opinion.
The following Saturday we saw Citywide Supply and Service in the phone book and knew it would be hard to get a service tech to our house on a Saturday but Mitch was here within two hours.
